In 2015, the concept of "Internet+" was put forward at the two sessions, opening up the era of traditional industries to technological transformation and upgrading. As a key traditional industry in China, grain enterprises have undoubtedly become an important object of upgrading in recent years, and their business processes are gradually moving towards informatization and electronization. With the idea of "intelligence+" being put forward at the 2019 sessions, the "Internet+" precipitated a deeper change that will also push the transformation and upgrading of grain enterprises to a new level - to Smarter machines, smarter networks and smarter interactions. It is clear that previous solutions such as the "Grain Depot One Card", which enables the electronic transmission of a single piece of information for grain enterprises, are far from being able to achieve this.

Therefore, to complete the qualitative change under the concept of "Smart+", grain enterprises urgently need to use more advanced technical means based on the theory of Industry 4.0, change qualitative management to quantitative management, change manual maintenance to automatic maintenance, change passive supervision to active supervision, and create electronic information, process automation and supervision intelligence for the whole business process and management of the park. By creating electronic information, process automation and intelligent supervision of the whole business process and management of the park, it can significantly reduce manpower costs, reduce business losses and improve flow efficiency for the enterprise, and help it successfully achieve a full set of solutions to transform and upgrade to a smart grain enterprise. The author found through searching information that the new intelligent management model used by a certain enterprise implementing the "National Fuel Ethanol Project with an annual production capacity of 300,000" has become the main force in creating an intelligent park.

A. New intelligent grain acquisition model

The enterprise through the application of "grain acquisition intelligent management system", so that the grain sales drivers in the park by intelligent guidance can complete unattended self-weighing, self-help grain sales and other operations, and the whole process vehicle information, driver information, inspection data, grain sales results through the "magnetic vehicle electronic tag " do correlation and real-time transmission. At the same time the system's core product "grain purchase automatic online inspection, sample inspection automatic transmission and management system", the grain sample impurities, weight, moisture three important indicators within 3 minutes quickly complete the test, and by "electronic holding sample box" transmission to the inspection room The test information in the sample box is read automatically and uploaded to the inspection system at the same time as the manual visual inspection results, realising intelligent management of grain inspection for the enterprise. This new intelligent grain collection mode not only blocks the loopholes of the traditional grain collection method for the enterprise, but also significantly reduces labour costs. In the past, the traditional grain collection method required 24 workers for the whole process, but the enterprise applied the "grain intelligent purchase management system" to reduce the number of workers required for each post to 7, saving 17 people in a single shift alone, and 34 people in total according to the way of 2 shifts a day, saving nearly 2 million in labour costs for the enterprise in a year!

II. New intelligent road and business vehicle management mode in the park

On the basis of the new intelligent grain purchase, the enterprise applies the "visual road resource and vehicle intelligent dispatching guidance system" based on visualisation theory and 3D simulation model to finely manage and guide the status of all business vehicles (grain, fuel ethanol, feed, auxiliary materials, etc.) in the park at each business node. It also automatically monitors the alarm information of abnormal vehicles and pushes it to the dispatch centre. The system greatly enhances the utilization rate of the park's road resources, while achieving scientific, orderly and safe management of different business vehicles.

The new intelligent park management method combining "intelligent management system for grain purchase" and "visual road resources and vehicle intelligent dispatching guidance system" uses Internet of Things technology, intelligent robotics, electronic communication and other technologies to enable enterprises to clearly control each It also provides reasonable guidance on business flow and expected business progress based on the business data collected immediately and correctly, and opens up a management mode of electronic information, process automation and intelligent supervision of the park's business, which has drastically reduced the factory business, which originally required about 3,000 employees to participate in the smooth flow, to less than 200 people.
